In this highly specialized one day remote learning course, Ryan Walker will take you through advanced concepts and practices in saxophone key fitting that we employ on a daily basis at the Sax ProShop. This Master Class style course will delve deep into several advanced key fitting topics:

Swedging
Post Alignment
Making New Rods
Sleeves and Extensions
Trouble Shooting
Post Fitting and Facing

As this is an advanced techniques course, it is ideal for those with repair experience who are looking to add to their arsenal of saxophone repair skills. This digital lecture style course with a Question and Answer session will not require participants to have tools in order to take the course, however we recommend the following tools in order to perform the techniques which will be demonstrated:

Hours: 9am to 5pm EST with an hour or so break for lunch

All course lectures and materials will be streamed via Zoom. Instructional portions of the class will also be recorded so students can view them for 30 days after the course. This course is worth 0.7 CEU's.
