Clarinet Tone Hole Surfacing Tool

Our Clarinet Tone Hole Surfacing Tool is a must have for any high end clarinet repair padding project. This surfacing tool is a very comprehensive tool for all Soprano Clarinets. This amazing tool comes with 3 inner tone hole surfacing attachments and 6 outer tone hole attachments allowing you to make sure to obtain the perfect angle of the tone hole on the clarinet you are working on. The delrin holding tool is shaped and designed for ease and comfort during the tone hole work process. Also inclucded with this amazing tool is precut sandpaper rounds to attach to the tone hole tools to perform this precision task. There are 2 different grits of sandpaper, a medium grit and a fine grit to ensure the best results. For the best results, use our Insta-Cure Super Thin glue and draw a line at the edge of each tone hole you plan on working on. Let the glue dry and cure. This will fill in any imperfections in the wood and tone hole. Once the glue has dried and cured, use the appropriate inner and outer Clarinet Tone Hole Surfacing Tool attachment to "perfect" the tone hole surface/edge. Using a magnifying glass, make sure all excess glue has been removed and the edges of the tone hole ensuring the "perfect" edge. This process will give you peace of mind that the tone hole on the clarinet has no imperfections and will give any pad a great seal.
