Pearl Saxophone Rollers

One heart breaking aspect of vintage saxophone repair is having to replace one or more of the existing pearl rollers with a modern plastic roller. In the past this was the only option as pearl roller replacements were not available.
We are proud to offer the only pearl rollers available on the planet. In order to make the proper size roller from MOP, deep-water sea shells must be used. To find these an extra diver must be sent deeper than the standard depth to reach these larger shells. After the shells reach the surface only the thickest portion of the shell is then hand machined for our rollers.
For an excellent restoration, you can now replace worn or broken pearl rollers with our MOP rollers. Or for a custom touch, add our pearl rollers to any saxophone. These rollers are sized to fit vintage instruments and take little or no adjustment to install.
Sizes 18.0 and 12.7 are recommended for Buescher Saxophones and have a 2.45mm hole.
Sizes 15.8, 12.4 and 10.99 are recommended for Conn Saxophones and have a 2.05mm hole.
